iXplore™ is a woman-owned, woman-led interactives company, headquartered in Indiana and celebrating over 17 years in business. From blue chip to blue collar, iXplore has helped hundreds of organizations across the U.S. launch better immersive experiences through the power of VR, AR, touch interactive, on-premises, web- and cloud-based experiences. 

Inspired by the founders’ shared passion and years of experience in education and coaching, iXplore™ began planning and prototyping our Career Exploration concept nearly two years ago. Through our research roadshow, we then heard directly from thousands of students, administrators, counselors, teachers, companies, and community stakeholders across Indiana about how these technologies could close the gaps in understanding career options. This invaluable and ongoing research now informs the curated, immersive experiences we create for our corporate clients – leveling up their student and young adult recruiting toolkits while better communicating their unique Culture and Employer Brand.
